Insurance & Payment

We currently accept Aetna, Cigna, and Optum insurance plans only. If you are interested in using any of these to help pay for your appointment, your eligibility will first be confirmed via Alma, a third-party insurance management platform we contract with. For all other prospective clients, we accept flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and Care Credit, which offers low interest or deferred interest/no interest if paid in full options to cover the cost of services. Click here to learn more about Care Credit and to see if you qualify! We also accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment at time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the session or, if you have a package, your session may be forfeited. Rescheduling is an option!
